So far it works as advertised.

I’ve been taking this saffron supplement daily for about two weeks, and so far I really like it. It’s supposed to support mood, clarity, and focus, and while I think results vary by person, I do feel like my brain fog has been lifting a bit. I also appreciate that it’s non-GMO, gluten-free, and made with organic saffron extract.From what I’ve read, saffron supplements can take a few weeks to really kick in, especially for mood support. But this one doesn’t upset my stomach and fits easily into my daily vitamin routine. I’m optimistic about long-term results and will definitely continue taking it to see how it goes.

I noticed a substantial energy boost the first time I tried these! I can rarely make such a claim about any supplement I’ve taken over the years, and I have tried many. I’ve been taking them for about a week, and the increase in energy has remained consistent. This is phenomenal for me, as I have felt fatigued for quite some time. I’ve experienced only short bursts of energy, so if taking this can sustain high levels of energy for me, I will continue to purchase. The capsules themselves are medium sized, easy to swallow with no noticeable smell or taste. It is worth noting they are not 100% pure Saffron as listed because they do contain rice flour as a filler. I also think they are a bit pricey for a 1 month supply. I am not detracting any stars, because they do seem to help me a lot with my energy and in turn, my mood as well.

I'm a big fan of saffron, and this supplement is great. Not only is it organic, but it's rich in antioxidants, improves your mood, reduces cravings, reduces joint pain, reduces PMS symptoms, and improves your sleep. It can also help reduce your blood pressure on top of everything else saffrom does. The capsules are easy to take, and there is no aftertaste. I'm very impressed with their effectiveness and value.

This is a good saffron supplement. I ordered it for my daughter. We've tried a variety of brands of saffron over time and this one seems to be one of the better quality and more effective supplements. She said the pills have been easy to swallow. It has good ingredients and is a good value for the money.Overall, we've been pleased.

The pills are medium sized veggie capsules with powder inside. Little to no scent, very neutral with a tiny bit of sweet; almost a sort of chocolate smell... No flavor or aftertaste.That being said, I am NOT a doctor and cannot officially verify or dispute any claims of the product being an "all natural energizer", "supporting heart and eye health", or that it "enhances mood". In my experience with the product it's a fine product, maybe it's just a placebo but I feel pretty dang good currently. Better than I did when I woke up this morning anyway. Without this information on the packaging or a website to verify, it's hard to trust the quality controls being advertised.That said, the ingredient list is simple, the capsules are easy to take, and there's no added sugar or flavoring, which I appreciate. If you're looking for a basic saffron supplement, this may be worth trying—but for anyone concerned about verified sourcing or testing, the lack of transparency is a drawback.
