Great quality. This is a rigid felt top hat with satin ribbon. Small enough for toddlers head but not so small that it won’t last. It arrived in perfect condition in a large box with other items.

Bought for my 6 year old's school performance. Fit perfectly and seems robust enough considering the price.

The media could not be loaded. Used for world book day to complete a Wonka outfit. Probably best age range 8-12 . Good price , quality is fine for dress up use.
