This cups come with the handles?

No, unfortunately it doesn’t. With it being a tervis cup you can purchase a handle for it separately

Does the travel mug have the writing sketched on or is it a sticker?

It's kinda like it went thru a painting assembly line. It's pretty thick & is likely baked on to harden. I have been using mine since October probably every other day & it still looks as good as the day it arrived. No paint lose nor scratches on mine. My granddaughter does hand wash it tho instead of putting in dishwasher. It is well worth the price to me & I'm sure you would be happy with 1 of these too. I also have 2 coca cola tervis mugs that are just as pretty & the same process was used on them.

Does it keeps water cold ?

Yes, decent length of time but not an all day chiller.
