Will this fit my 2020 ram? i have a 5.7 ft. bed no ram box and a lot of reviews say it is too short. have they improved it?

I have a 2020 RAM 1500 with 5.7' bed and no rambox or folding tailgate and this fits fine. It was very tight to start but after a couple of days, the material stretches a bit and now it fits great.

If I have a 2019 rebel 1500 with a tie down rail will it still work?
