Dear Sir,The rudraksha was original and I am not having any doubt on its originality but some of its fibers are cut and polished mechanically... you may be aware that the Rudraksha is for spiritual beliefs but if its fibers are cut and polished then the spirituality will ends and it can be treated as a damaged rudraksha.. i think that's why you have have lowered the price to discount more than 90% because it is a damaged product.. it is having only ornamental value and not having any spiritual value and you have hurted my spiritual feelings.. which is not correct at all...

I getting rudraksha that is not same as I shown in pictures, so I am not satisfied
