Read the fine print on shipping - as a Prime member, I skipped that step.
We were soooo excited to have this slide for a birthday present - looked so fun and during COVID, a great offset to not being able to have a party. Unpacked well and simple / fast to inflate with a compressor. We lad a tarp down on the concrete pool deck and then installed the slide on top. Kids had a ball and we were thrilled. After about an hour - we broke for lunch. When we returned to swimming, we noticed the right side of the slide was not as “firm” as the left. I checked the ports where you fill to be sure the knob had been tightened correctly. I added more air and tightened port knob again. We let it sit with not activity for another hour. Again, right side less full. We poured water over that side to look for an air leak. Did not find one. The only thing we can point to is perhaps a seam that does not have the same integrity as the rest.We have other products by this company (Intex) - all wonderful. We also know that there is always the chance of faulty manufacturing, which this is probably the result of. We believe the manufacturer would have stood behind the quality, but we did not purchase from the company. We purchased through a reseller. We requested a replacement. The reseller (Carter Kids) did grant the return authorization within a couple of days. We had to pay the shipping back to the company ($47.06) - shame on me for not reading the fine print. We shipped the slide back to the reseller (Carter Kids). Instead of receiving a replacement slide, they simply credited the CC $173.74. We still DO NOT have the amount of $36.84 refunded that was from a gift card on our account. (Total for the slide was $199.98 + $10.60 tax).So - no Intex slide (kids are very sad) and I am out of pocket $47.06 for shipping back to Carter Kids and $36.98 from my gift card that was on my account and $10.60 sales tax and NO SLIDE. $94.64 price tag for zero product.

Great Customer Service
When we received the slide we noticed the middle part wouldn't stay inflated. We contacted the seller through Amazon and they sent a new slide right away. There are 5 places the slide is blown up - 3 large pieces, 2 blue & 1 white and 2 smaller pieces that can be quickly blown up by mouth. It maybe took 15-20 minutes to blow up all together. My children love to play on this slide (5 & 9). We had some older kids come play and they went down the slide even faster. There is an inflated "platform" that sits on the water so younger kids can stop at the bottom. For the older kids the platform seemed to move with them so they slid right in the water. The water feature of the slide helps the kids slide down faster. There are 4 holes in the back of the slide to help the kids climb up. These holes fill up with water, so It's important at the end of the day to get the water out so it can dry. If the water stays it can get yucky. My daughter who has autism can climb up with ease using the set holes. There is another inflated platform on the side with the holes in case a child falls. This slide was hours of fun for my children. Would buy it again!

Children will love.
We had a similar pool slide years ago for our grandkids. They are all adults now We bought this slide for our greatgrans. They love the slide and use it for hours when visiting. The youngest just turned 4 and has enough swimming skills to reach side of pool. He is not afraid of going under water, Children ages 4 to 10/11 will enjoy. The slide is easy to blow up and to fold up when done.

Good option for the price
Good product for the price. The kids 7 & 9 years old loved it. I appreciate the large valves to fill and deflate. One down side it takes a long time to inflate, but as long as you have some patience it works well. The other down side is the connection to the hose leaks quite a bit. I had to place bricks under the hose to hold it parallel to the ground, which greatly lessened the leak and I wouldn’t waste so much water.

Love it!!
I have only had this slide for 2 days but so far, so good! I'm impressed with it's durability! I have an 11, 5 and 4 year old that have gone down it hundreds of times and hundreds of different ways and its holding air great, so far! I have 2 cats so when not using the slide, I put it in the pool so the cats won't try to climb on it and pop it (accidentally).

Kids loved it until it ripped after 2 hours
I have four small children and they loved this slide. It was easy to to set up and get going. I did it myself and the kids were off and sliding. We very soon found a HUGE design flaw in this slide, which I will explain now:The slide has three main compartments and 2 small compartments that need to be inflated. If you look at the picture, the first compartment is the red/blue side of the slide. The next compartment is the slide part itself, or the white part in the middle. The third is the other red/blue side of the slide. This is the where the HUGE design flaw is. Before detailing he flaw, the two small compartments are the at the base of the ladder side of the slide and at the bottom of the slide that goes into the pool. Both of these are separate from the slide and can in fact be cut off with impacting the slide at all, if desired. The detail of the design flaw is in the second red/blue side of the slide. It wraps under the slide and connects through a seem to the front facing floating smaller compartment. Each time a kid goes down the slide, the land on this floating pillow shaped compartment and then fall into the pool. Each time a kid sent down, it pulled on the seemed that connects to the main compartment. After just 2 hours of normal play by small children, this seem tore wide open, deflating 1/3 of the slide. This is a serious design flaw in this slide and buyer should beware. It is a shame actually because the slide was a lot of fun for the kids, until deflated.Edit: I contacted the seller and they issued me a new one. The product design is faulty so I will remove this pillow landing part before use. This should prevent tearing. Either way, this product needs a redesign. I give three stars for good customer service but bad product.
