IDK what vegan mayo is supposed to taste like but I think this stuff is nasty

This is a great choice for egg-allergy folk who want a mayo for sandwiches and such. Not canola oil! Doesn't quite taste like 'normal' mayo, but it is very good and does the job well. I really like it that I can buy a bunch of these, put them in the pantry (unrefrigerated), date one as I open it up (and then refrigerate it) and use it within one month of opening it.Ingredients: water, sunflower oil (40%), flax seed oil (5%), deionized apple extract (5%), modified maize starch, soya protein isolate, salt, acidity regulators (acetic acid, citric acid), stabiliser (xanthan gum), mustard flour.

Amazing product.
