I've been having trouble with my heel since few months now and have tried silicon soles, sole padding, and several exercises of stretching and all, none helped with the pain. Waking up in the morning and unable to step your foot on the ground is something only people suffering from plantar fasciitis/heel spur can understand.Anyway, I did a lot of search and finally got to know about this product and reviews on this product did help a lot in making purchase.I can say that on the very day I put them in my shoes I could walk for long hours pain free (almost) and also can play/run painfree when these soles are in my shoes! Now, I do not move out of my house without these soles in my shoes - they not only have helped me walk,play and run painfree, but i believe with a constant and continuous use, they can even correct the situation to a certain extent which is a bonus! I bought my second pair today as I wanted to be sure before investing anymore money and hating the product after that - this one though has not let me down and so another pair of these is a good investment!This has been an excellent product till now, I would recommend this for anyone suffering the same pain.Thank you Heel That Pain team!

These insoles are very comfortable and do seem to support my foot arch better than any others I’ve tried. However, as we are experiencing a UK heatwave i can’t wear them with sandals and I don’t have many suitable shoes within which the insoles will fit... they take up a lot of room and make my shoes tight. If I put them in very lightweight summer shoes, as I walk the shoes slip off my feet as the insoles are heavy. I may need to buy new bigger sized heavier shoes in the winter in order to accommodate the insoles.

Worked almost at once, making walking comfortable again and now 4 weeks later I have almost no heel pain.Highly recommended.

Pretty disappointed that these insoles are so narrow. As you can see from the side by side comparison with my sketchers insoles, they are a strange shape compared with normal insoles and very narrow.They feel heavenly under my heel and I am going to give them a shot but I fear because I can feel my little toe hanging over the edge and the sides of my feet, they may get pretty irritating.It would have been better if they were wider like most insoles with the ability to trim the sides to suit.I don't have great big fat feet but they are slightly wider than skinny feet, if you catch my drift!I have ordered some of the heel seats to see what they are like.If you are thinking of buying any, please bear in mind that they are a slim fit and according to Amazon, non returnable although the box states that they are!

On first use I found the insoles a little uncomfortable compared to another brand I had been using, I quickly got used to them and they were excellent, much better than the other brand I had been using.A bit expensive but worth every penny.

As other reviewers have stated the sizing on these is inaccurate (purchased XL) and I was stunned to find I couldn't return them (I should have read the reviews first). I have size 11 feet (UK) and they are considerably too short, leaving a ledge for my toes to sit over (very uncomfortable).If you have larger feet, I'd suggest looking around for something else.
