This smells amazing. I originally purchased in the hope that this would help my mother, who has dementia, sleep better. Impossible to know for sure, but it did not really seem to do anything for her. However, I liked it for myself and use it at night.

It is a bit to musky for me however it is light. I use this on my couches instead of pillows as I prefer a lighter scent

This is not an aromatherapy spritzer at all. It has a cloying, heavy perfume smell. You can choke on the thickness of the scent. I had to throw it away.
