I bought this product as part of my armamentarium for battle against lizards. I didn’t used to mind lizards on my Florida patio, because I knew they ate bugs. And I thought they were harmless. However, they moved in and decided that they liked my patio so much they invited the entire extended family. And they pooped everywhere all over the floor the chairs, the toys, everywhere. And then I learned that they carry salmonella. Well, that just wouldn’t do because my grandchildren play on the porch so I pressure washed the porch, then a Google search said that lizards do not like strong, smelling oils and sprays such as Citrus, cinnamon and peppermint. Supposedly they’re also afraid of peacocks and obtaining peacock feathers was suggested to spread around in an effort to deter them. Yeah, I fell for that. 🙄. It failed to work. Other brands of lizard repellent spray and oil infused packets failed as well. I got rid of some of them, but a few of the larger squatters decided they were not moving out. So we battled and multiple times a day I sprayed with other sprays but nothing worked. Finally, I found mighty mint spray. A single generous spraying of my patio rid my patio of all the offenders except one. You have to spray every day until they move out, but this might mint spray WORKS GREAT! It’s a very pleasant scent to me but the lizards scattered out quickly. Buy it.

Keeps rodents away for weeks. Keeps shed and garage smelling nice. We live by a creek. No 4 legged visitors any longer.

I just started using it last night, so only time will tell it's effectiveness. But I observed yesterday that the mouse were not running around as usual.

This product seems to be working great. It even deterred ants from coming near the house. We sprayed under the hoods of our vehicles and so far it has kept the squirrels out. Product smells great too!

Works well but the mice find a way to get around. I guess it’s after the smell fades. Also NYC rodents don’t gaf about no peppermint. Nothing stops them except death.

So, I sprayed Mighty Mint around like it was holy water, hoping my unwanted furry roommates would get the hint and scram. While my house now smells like a peppermint candy cane factory (seriously, it’s kind of refreshing), the mice must think it’s a spa treatment because they’re still hanging around like they pay rent.It’s not a total loss—it's definitely reduced the number of mouse sightings, and I feel like they’re annoyed by the smell, just not enough to pack their little bags and leave for good. If you’re looking for a way to freshen up your space and maybe convince the mice to reconsider their living situation, this might do the trick. Just don’t expect a full-blown rodent eviction

I've been using this for about 4 months now. It really does seem to keep mice away. The peppermint odor is very strong and not wonderful, but not bad either, and it's a lot better than the odor of mouse urine. I'm going to keep using it when the weather turns cold and the mice come back.
