No More Crystals, No Fuss at Mealtime
This food has been a solid choice for our household of picky felines and past UTI issues. One of our cats had urinary crystals a while back, and since switching to this, we haven’t had a single recurrence. That alone makes it worth it.They actually *like* the taste (a minor miracle), and I haven’t noticed any issues with smell—it’s cat food, not potpourri, so I’ll take neutral as a win. The ingredients aren’t boutique-organic, but they’re solid for this price point, and the first ingredient is chicken, which is more than some higher-end brands can say.We buy the big 22 lb bag, and it lasts a while - even with multiple cats- without going stale. They’ve maintained a healthy weight, and their coats look great. If you’ve got cats prone to urinary problems, this is an easy yes.

Much more economical than prescription food
My UTI prone kitty loves this food. He hated the prescription food the vet recommended. He will eat this, and it costs about half of what the prescription food does. It seems to be just as good as the prescription food too. He hasn’t had any problems with passing his fluids, which is an absolute relief to me. It isn’t stinky cat food either. I am hoping my boy will be able to eat this until he grows old!

Affordable and Works
I transitioned my cat from Royal Canin S/O to this food. I can no longer afford the Royal Canin. My cat had no stomach issues and loves the taste. Thank you Iams for having an affordable alternative for cats with bladder crystals.

Good, high price compared to store bought
The same great food I’ve fed my cat with urinary issues for years. Just a higher price compared to Walmart. Only ordered out of urgency & lack of a ride.

Great product, keeping my cat healthy.
I have been using this for about 3 years for my cat who had a terrible bout with bladder stones. She had several rounds of antibiotics and was suffering for a long time with blood in her pee before I discovered it. I started her with hills science diet but that was 100 bucks a bag. took about a year to clear up and I didnt want this to come back so I went ahead and bought her this food and shes been a very happy healthy cat ever since. She has no other issues except she needs to get more excercise as shes a house cat. Her coat is the same etc. Some of my other cats eat from her bowl but she doesnt eat from theirs. I feed regular iams to the others.

The IAMs Urinary Health cat food saved us from surgery
This brand of IAMs has done the trick for our adult male cats urinary health. Crystals in his urine were causing all the symptoms that happen with an adult male cat. This food has stopped that from happening. He's happier, more energetic and healthy again. The $5,000 surgery is no longer required, Whew!

Cat that is happy to eat his kibble again! And it's more affordable...woot!
I'm afraid to review this product! I don't want to jinx the positives I've received from using it!All of my cats love it, though I only have one that it is required to eat it. He started refusing to eat the other food the vet prescribed (Roy'1 Ca9), so he was losing weight and always hungry for something tastier. He loves this brand, eats it happily and has gained weight back. He's a bit finicky so that was a blessing.I love that I can get the 22lb bag on Amazon at such a better price and it's shipped to me! win-win!The kibble does look and smell more appealing compared to the other brand.
