Best Brush I've Ever Used
Wow. This brush is the best I've found. I was not expecting it to blow my mind. My Border Collie was shedding everywhere so I went searching for a brush and a deshedder. Thought this looked neat so I gave it a try. I don't think I even needed the deshedding tool bc this worked so well on its own. She LOVED it and she's weird about brushes. She just wanted to lay down and looked like she could fall asleep she was so relaxed. And the hair just fell right off. SO MUCH FUR. The 2nd side to remove hair worked great too. It did get a little tiring to hold after awhile, but that's just bc there was so much fur. Best grooming tool I've ever used and even better bc she enjoyed it so much. Easy to clean. Excellent quality. Hopefully the last brush I ever buy. I don't write reviews, but this thing was a winner for me.

Best dog grooming tool ever !
This is the best grooming tool for my Great Pyrenees, the shedding-est dog ever . I especially like spritzing him with water before brushing , as one of your reviewers suggested; the handfuls of hair then are not fly-away. I also love the way it works on carpet and clothes; he is, of course, a huge white dog . Our RV has black carpet, and this tool just picks it up easily and completely. Since he is a Therapy dog, I take him to libraries, nursing homes and Alzheimer’s units; I’ve always been embarrassed by the amount of hair he leaves , but now I can take the groomer with me to clean up his hair. A simple and great product .

Great for Dogs who Hate to be Brushed
My lab/flat-coated retriever mix has always HATED to be brushed. He runs as soon as he sees a brush in my hand. I've tried different brushes and grooming him very gently but he still absolutely detests it.I bought this brush in desperation because once again we have gotten to the time of year where he is "blowing out" and huge fur balls literally float down the hallway. To my amazement, he did not seem to mind being groomed with this brush. He didn't run away or act like I was killing him. He even approached me for more brushing. It was amazing. I think this brush is soft enough on his skin that he feels that I am petting him, not brushing him. This brush does not get as much fur off him as others I have tried. However, I still highly recommend it as it's the only brush my dog doesn't mind.I tried it out on my Rottweiler mix who has extremely short hair (even though the red brush is meant for longer-haired dogs). It does remove excess fur from her as well, and it's an excellent tool for removing all the dead grass from both dogs after they are done done rolling in the yard.I highly recommend this brush for dogs with sensitive skin or who have a serious grooming aversion.

Red brush a lil too much for my dog to handle
I purchased the red brush for my Australia Shepherd. He absolutely hates it. I purchased the green brush for my Ragdoll cat. The green brush has softer knobs. My cat doesn’t mind her brush and the Aussie likes the cat’s brush. The green brush captures more hair from my dog too.

Great messenger and brush
A friend showed me this brush and it’s amazing! Great for dogs and cats, too. Holds the fur in the brush but easy to clean it out !There is two sides and we prefer the longer sparky one even though we have short hair pets and it does a great job while not hurting the pet instead they get a massage!

One of the dumbest things I've purchased
This is one of the dumbest things I've purchased. You need the hands of a Barbie doll to use these things as they are small. I found it useless when shampooing or grooming my golden retriever. And really, who massages their dog?

Ineffective
Highly ineffective for brushing a dogs coat. Perhaps it could be used for massaging a dog but I bought it as a brush.. The hair had to be picked out of the rubber bristles. Sorry but I scan it recommend this product.
