Renew Life Skinny Gut Organic Fruit and Acacia Fiber Powder, 9 Ounce

I take this every day mixed in with the Skinny Gut protein powder, and really like it. I bought the protein powder over others due to the high amount of probiotics (also because it's all natural, sugar-free, and wheat-free), but admittedly it's bland tasting. This flavor of the Skinny Gut fiber supplement adds a fruity taste to the drink, and I think it's a better alternative to Citrucel or Metamucil. I've used both of those, and found that they tend to produce bloating and gas. Also, I didn't like the fact that I either had to choose between added sugar in my diet or a questionable artificial sweetener.I don't use a blender, but just mix with water and a little kefir in a drinking glass. If I don't drink down right away, there is some settling in the bottom, but I imagine if you use a blender that wouldn't be an issue. I'm not so bothered as others are by settling or separating, because I know that means it's a more natural product. I'd rather have fewer additives that really aren't necessary if you're going to drink it right down anyway. Even if you mixed it in a portable container to have later, you can always just shake it before drinking.

I love this stuff. It has a great fruity taste - when put in water. Even makes OJ taste more fruity - tropical. Metamucil - is so gritty and taste nasty to me. But this - is really good. It devolves better in warm water - so that is what I do , and again taste good! Doesn't dissolve so great in cold water or OJ. But still I can spoon it out and just swallow that way - and chase it with another glass of water or juice. Now I just drink morning and night with small cup of warm water. But I'm big on trying to get at least 14 gms of fiber a day - and this puts me over the top!

It gets clumpy and doesn't mix well. Yuk.If you can get it down, it does make your tummy feel full. If, you can get the clumpy stuff down.

This is the best tasting and acting supplement I've everused. No more fiber stuff that doesn't mix in your drink andgags you when you try to. This actually tastes good,like a tropical fruit drink. Plus the results are daily. I prefer mineas a hot tea, to which I use a drink blender, www.aerolatte.comsold on amazon, to mix quickly and it stays mixedwhile I sip. I was skeptical to purchase but the reviewsconvinced me to try and they were all spot on. So ifyou do need a fiber dose everyday, give this a try.As they say, the medicine goes down with a spoonfulof Skinny Gut.

Well don't know how well it works yet. Took my first dose tonight. It does not dissolve in water or anything. It clumped up to gobs. Second the size of bottle is a farce.When I opened it was only half filled.

CONTAINS LEAD!It tastes good and is easy to swallow but for an author to promotes gut health, shame on her! This product and her protein shake contain LEAD, a cancer-causing agent! This info is only documented in the fine print and not on the bottle.I took one dose of the fiber and ended up with a bad headache. Started researching it and lo and behold it contains lead!I am sending it back for a full refund.

I'm in love with this product.....I love the taste, it's gentle on my stomach & definitely makes me feel full after drinking it.....so why only 4 stars? It doesn't dissolve easily. I like to put it in a bottle of water on my way out the door & I have to shake it like crazy to get it to dissolve & even then, there are still lumps. I suppose it I put it & the water in a shaker bottle (with the little agitator ball) or something, there probably wouldn't be any issues with lumps; but I'm usually in a hurry. I will deal with the lumps & continue using this, but it would be nice to shake & go.......

Love the tast!! Tastes like I’m drinking a refreshing tropical drink. Helps me feel full but not for as long as they claim, does help me go to the bathroom but not in like a cleansing way where you can’t leave the house. I drink this in the afternoon/evening hours and I’m good to go in the morning :)As far as people saying it’s half empty, well even if it looks half empty there’s still enough servings as per the nutritional information box. My sister bought the non fruit flavored version (plain-no flavor) and it has more doses and the bottle is more full. So even though it may not be full to the brim it still has the correct amount for the serving sizes and amount it lists.
