Full of flavour!
This is very nice biltong! Just how I like it! Wet and bits of fat full of flavour. Would definitely buy again.

Have to say this is probably the best Biltong I have ever tried! Lovely flavour, moist and enough fat content to put a smile on your face.

Would be a five star review but my own preference is for a more fatty biltong. Great quality otherwise and quite an authentic taste. Iwill be purchasing more in the future.

Drenched in grease
I’ve bought this many times before, but this batch was a disappointment. It’s drenched in grease, with noticeably more fat than usual. The pieces look like they’ve just come out of a deep fryer! Definitely not the quality I was expecting.

Amazing quality at a perfect price point
I'm addicted to biltong and the Biltong Man is now my new dealer for feeding my vice.Perfect seasoning/flavour and the sinfully fatty version is by far the one to go for if you're umming and ahhing between deciding on which one to go for. The extra fat takes an already delicious product up to the next level.The fat just melts away into the meat in your mouth and adds a savoury umami, almost cheese, level of flavour that reminds me of flavours from some of the best Cecina beef I've had from Spain. Absolutely gorgeous.Hoping there will be lots more fat in the kg I just ordered than the last order.Can't get enough of it so if you're reading this Biltong Man, can we have a sinfully sinfully fatty version to try please? : )
