That's a great question, it is a very good can opener and opens Fray Bentos large round flat tins with ease. I think the sharp corner curves on the corn beef tins would be too tight to get round with this opener, in my opinion.

Terrific Can Opener!!!

This can opener is totally wonderful; I love it. I would even go on to say that it is even better than a lot of the branded products that you can buy out on the High Street, and pay a lot more money!I would highly recommend this product. Pease be careful though, as it is very, very sharp. Definitely do keep out of the reach of young children!!

Does not work ! broke

Please can I get a replacement or a refund as this one does not work & I follow the instructions correctly & still does not work. It is a Can opener & yet this is broke !! Maybe I should have gone for a simple Poundland one !!!

My old tin opener, which was the type that sat on top of the lid and cut below the rim, started to not manage salmon tins anymore. Ordered this one, it feels sturdy and is easily opening all tins. Have not had it long enough to say for long term. But feels it will last well
