Great training rounds! These are awesome for teaching mechanics to a new shooter. I load these dummy rounds in randomly to simulate a misfire. It teaches the shooter how to safely check and clear a breach and move forward. I also love these for teaching trigger pull mechanics and showing how pull can affect muzzle direction. The pack size is great for use in multiple firearms and the replacement rubber is well worth the money.

These measure only measure 2 1/8 in length . Yes but keep in mind... My Winchester 2 3/4 shells measure only 2 2/8 or 2 1/4. So the length is not such an issue.... They are much lighter than real shells..I filled mine with BB's and salt... Then capped them with hot glue... They are just the right weight.. Always eject and fly.I marked mine up with markers so as not to inadvertently train myself to fire the real shells indoors!I tried to make them look very different from real shells.4 stars.... Keep this in mind... If 10 people give the highest rating..5 stars and 10 give the lowest which is 1 star... Then the product will be 3 1/2 stars not 3 as in the middle.. So a skew is introduced by not allowing some to enter 0 stars if they like.This is a great product if you tweak it... Very helpful in learning how to handle pump action. Yes worth the money.

Great for teaching safety

Too light.Too short.The primer area does not sit like a primer as there is an injection mold type plastic sticking out on 3 out 5 of the shells.3 stars due to the fact I needed to get the plug out of a new 500 and even though I'd be 100% confident doing it by other means, I am trying to set a safe example for my family and these helped do that along with being an example as how to feed the mag tube. I had 20% success in cycling but once again,then they were useful for the demonstration of unloading the mag tube.

Good quality and work well for testing my 12ga shotgun pump action.
