I withhel 1 star because I have not had it long enough but so far, I have used it to support my weight during stretches.I put it behind cushions to support my back and under my pillow to prop my head when reading while lying down and as a footrest while working at my desk. No flaws to date.The strap is very sturdy and non-slip. Supports my squats well.
