The media could not be loaded. I purchased the two packers or Lavender in the video and Eucalyptus oil. As a massages therapist this was needed. Definitely smells amazing and I will be ordering so much more!

The inner cap that allows droplets completely failed. I had eucalyptus oil all over my counter and wood floor. I didn't like the smell.
