You don't hear many people raving about ramen but to me, they are a convenient comfort food.They were my go-to lunch when I worked as a prison nurse. I bought them from the canteen frequently. And it was love. I don't know about the sodium content or if they are healthy (they're good, so my guess is no, lol). What a delicious soup, though. They arrived well within expiration date. Highly recommend for an easy comfort food.

These are the best ramen cups, I swear by it!!!! I love the subtle, but yet still spicy flavor. I don’t think it has very many health benefits, but when you need food to be rationed like during a hurricane, this will surely keep you full & content!

Tastes good not as good as sien but its much cheaper. Its not spicy enough. Very good value fast food

It is my favorite flavor and I have found that 10 minutes is way more preferable to 3 minutes. I use Frank's Hot Sauce on the noodles for wider range of flavor and I don't drink all the broth to cut my sodium intake for the day.
