These are the best supplemental natural sleep aids I have ever found. I’ve been using these for a couple years and I like them so much I got a subscription.

I love how it makes me sleep without any side effect at the next day. It works great for not waking up at the middle of the night

I used to get a solid 7-8 hours of quality sleep a night. Once menopause hit, I was lucky if I could string 2-3 hours of sleep together. I tried CBD and melatonin gummies and I was lucky if they worked at least one night and it was really taking its toll on me after 5 months. I purposely waited to write a review in case it was a fluke but these tablets have really made a huge difference for not only going to sleep but especially for staying asleep. The first week, I took a whole tablet each night and then the second week, I cut down to half a tablet at night. Now I am on half a tablet every other night and still getting great sleep!

These do not work!!

These did not work for me. I tried on numerous occasions. They might help with jet lag, but not for sleep during the week, at least not for me.

These pills work for me , I sleep better , don't wake up as much. dose t take long for me to get groggy. I do feel a little dull when I wake up fo a few hours but it could be that i am not sleeping enough .

Works great. Nice peaceful restfull sleep. No morning hangover.
