Don't bother with more expensive ones as these are perfect. I pop them on before a long run and they stay in place forever! No nipple pain again !As they stay in place so well you do need to take care removing and in the shower is best with water but come off like any normal plaster.Love em

They do the job, my nips no longer bleed after a run.If you have hair on your chest, don't try and take them off without first being in a shower to loosen the glue. They definitely stick on good! It's not the end of the world though, it's not painful if you do it slowly :)

Never having suffered from runners nipple before and realising just how painful it is, I decided to try these out. Used only one set so far and they are really comfortable. You forget they are in place. However, my problem seems to have been a one off and I wear tighter fitting running shirts now which stops the friction. But these are a good standby.

Recently took up joggin only to find friction with my T-Shirt left me with an uncomfortable issue for days. These solve this instantly. Grip well enough to last all day and easily removed in teh shower they are unobtrusive do their job perfectly
