wow I got this for class to just do school stuff and it works amazing at first I was skeptical but no trust me it works amazing

POOR Seller, Questionable company
Was very pleased with the refurbished laptop. Was everything it claimed, shipped on time and looks practically brand new. Works great too!** That was before, 4 months later it quit. I contacted the seller and they said it was the charger. Said they would refund some of my money so I could go get a new charger. Money transfer wouldn't go through, tried calling them back, got a woman"s personal phone. I immediately called my bank and put a stop on my debit card. Had to go get a new card. Local comp store says it's not charger or battery. They covered the back with a "skin" to look nice but covered all the vent holes. Laptop overheated! Won't give my money back and Amazon won't help either. Says it's past the return date.

Not enough power options to conserve battery life. No sleep button!!!!!
Not bad for the price. 3 USB sockets is good. Not having a "sleep" option is not so good. Can only restart or suht down.Lotsa info on putting a sleep option in it, 8 out of 8 don't work on this Dell/W10 machine.

Bought for a friend who uses it for work. Though refurbished, it works like new. Great buy!

You cant go wrong buying DELL computers
Best Purchase I have made from Amazon, I needed a dedicated Notebook PC for Financial Transaction while in Asia for three months, So for you cant go wrong in buying DELL products. The first thing I did is wipe off the crappy Windows 10 and replaced it with Linux Mint 22 then set up all the financial platforms I use discovering the unit had two very weak keys (the F and V) I know that the Vendor would have replaced this with no fuss but i was leaving in 2 days so I decided to just live with a few warts. For what I paid I could never give this a bad rating Super machine running Linux. The first day in Bangkok the battery Failed, no big deal its plugged into the wall all the time. I have since replaced the battery with one from Amazon. This is a amazing little note book for around 100 buck!
