HexClad Hybrid Nonstick Wok, 30 cm, Stay-Cool Handle, Induction Ready, Compatible with All Cooktops

I kept seeing these everywhere and I'm finally able to afford to buy one and I'm so glad that I did.I'm not a decent cook by any stretch but I like to mess about in the kitchen and often create meals using just one pan.I've been through many non-stick pans over the years but nothing I've used before has even come close to the quality of this one.It's a big pan. A heavy one but it's well put together and it doesn't contain any toxic non-stick chemicals, which was a selling point for me.Cooking with it is another pleasure. It gets up to temperature really quickly and sears steaks in 2 minutes flat. Something I couldn't do with my cheap old non-stick.Really pleased with it and looking forward to using it a lot more.

I'm in love with this pan, it's so easy to clean, light yet deep enough to cook for a family of four, nothing sticks to this, it's crazy.I love that it comes with a lifetime warranty, I'm sure this will last me ages if I treat it right: don't put it in the dishwasher, don't heat it too fast or too much, don't use metal stuff on it, obviously.If you've struggled with pans that burn and stick like I have, just treat yourself; this has rekindled my love of cooking because it just makes everything so much easier.

Great quality construction. Good size with taller sides. Not too heavy. Very non stick (but it is brand new) pleased with purchase, remains to see how long term performance is.

I had high hopes for the HexClad 30cm Hybrid Wok based on the hype and premium price tag, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. Despite following all care instructions, everything I cooked stuck badly—even basic stir-fries and eggs. The pan looks brand new, with no residue on the base of the pan and there is no reason for food to stick, I cooked on a lower heat as requested and everything was sticking!I was going to buy a set, which was a high ticket price but please I tried this one first as I would have wasted so much moneyI expected a non-stick or at least easy-release performance, but this wok behaves more like an uncoated stainless steel pan. Cleanup was a hassle, and the stuck-on food made cooking stressful rather than enjoyable.For the price, I expected far better performance. Sadly, this wok is not fit for purpose in my kitchen and has been relegated to the back of the cupboard. I can’t recommend it, especially when there are much better-performing options at a fraction of the cost.Would not recommend to anyone!
