I think so - it uses the big HD connector that goes into the stereo.

Q: will I be able to add the lower fairing speakers and still use this amp?

If you use another set of the 6.5 RF speakers you will. I just did my 19SGS with this kit and speakers in lowers too. Works fine. Don’t know about other brands.
