These are great boots, but I recommend wearing them for short periods of time first. They are heavy boots and take some time to break in. Once have are broke in they are super comfortable and look great. They can be worn in so many situations. Dress up, dress down, and the leather quality keeps them looking good for such a long time. They are definitely warm, but in the chill of winter you will still want some boot socks. Durable and just overall great boots!

These boots last forever. My last pair lasted ~10 years before finally needing to be replaced. They never come in half sizes so they either are a little too big or a little too small. I go with a little too small, and while the break-in period really hammers my feet, after a few weeks they fit like a glove and are perfect. For the past 20 years this is the only boot I buy.

Wore these with a leather skirt and fishnet stockings and was comfortable the whole night! They are a little squeaky and ran a half size bigger than I expected so I probably could’ve sized down . Overall I love them

Pheeeewie doctors delivers! Durable ass kickers but I take care of them they’re kinda one of my dress up shoes so I clean, wax and polish them to a fresh shine after each wear. I take pride in my boots. They’re not cheap. Theyre admirable, classic, dependable, stylish and rather sexy, but not with mud all over them. Keep em clean and polished. They’ll thank you for it.

I ordered these boots for my 13 year old daughter and she LOVES these boots. We get compliments on these boots every time she wears them out. I think one reason is the fact that they are white Dr. Martens. She did not have a "breaking in" period at all. She wears a 9 1/2 shoe regularly and I ordered these in a 10. It is a great quality shoe. She says it is a very comfortable boot as well. I am even thinking of ordering some for myself in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend these boots to anyone who wants to purchase boots.

Love my docs. I hadn't had a pair of these if a few years, and I'm not sorry I went back to them! I threw a pair of memory foam inserts in them to speed up the break in process, and they are super comfy. They do take a couple weeks to break in- I wouldn't recommend wearing them for more than a couple hours at a time at first, and thicker socks are better until they form to your feet a little. I usually wear a 9.5 (occasionally a 10 if the shoe runs a tad small) and I downsized to a 9 based on others' reviews and it was a great decision- they fit perfectly.
