We bought this for our caravan as the original heater in it broke. This puts out a decent heat even on one bar. It’s not that noisy when oscillating but we tend to keep it in fixed position. Id say the only downside side is it gives off a really bright light, feels a bit flimsy plastic but glad we had it during the colder nights in the caravan. Really good point to mention is that if the heater is nudged or tipped over it automatically switches off.

One bar stopped working within 10 days of use. Seller contacted me and sent a full refund, excellent service.

I bought this item 3 months ago, I used it a few times when it was really cold. One of the elements packed in two months in.I contacted the manufacturer and was told they wouldn’t replace or repair it as the elements are classed as consumables. I was told I could purchase new elements for it. I paid £8+ for three elements and when they arrived I attempted to install one.Don’t bother, there are no less than 30 screws to access the inner workings then the elements have been wired with a crimper and cannot be pulled off easily. I eventually gave up and have binned it. Ok it’s a cheap item but I expected at least a year of occasional use without a problem.I felt the company was a bit dismissive after only three months, what happened to the 12 month warranty? Apart from the cost of the heater I’m out of pocket on the elements as well.I had an Astor make previously for several years without a problem. I would think twice before buying one of these makes. I am a very disappointed customer.

We had a similar heater and binned it because we couldn't get it to work but I then realised there is a. Button underneath the heater,which needs to be pressed so if it's on carpet this doesn't work, I've now taped the button and unplug the heater each time, it works a treat thankyou

I bought this in March 2023 and it worked perfectly for nearly two years. Two of the bulbs stopped working at short interval of each other and I have tried to replace them with the replacement bulbs supplied by the manufacturer. I opened the side panels then tried to remove unclip the wires but they wouldn't come off. I used a sharp tool to push the edges out of one of the clips and managed to move the black covering away from the clip. This way I could see that the clip which they say could be unclipped was in fact very tightly clipped on the metal edge of the bulb and was impossible to remove. I realise the bulbs cannot be replaced so I believe the product description is misleading. They should say the truth so people can make an informed decision. My fingers hurt from trying to remove the wire clippings with no success.16/03/25 I managed to change both bulbs by doing some research. The crimp spade terminal attached to the bulb can be removed by pushing a nail into the hole in the middle of the terminal and pushing it out. Job done, though it took a while to find out how to do it, but I am happy that my heater is working perfectly now so I added another star.

I am pleased with .t heater it's for my camper van . I tried it out the other night and the camper was lovely and warm in no time. Safety wise it's great. If you knock it over it cuts out so no chance of a fire.
