Wow, finally something that works! I'm 60+ and have noticed a improvement in 3 area's. (1) no more "scatter brain". My ability to concentrate has improved. For instance, Completing task without distraction. (2) my self confidence has improved in public places because I remember to smile a little more often. And (Three) my memory has greatly improved. For instance, people's names! Shopping list left at home yet remembered when in the store. If something doesn't work out I move on without dwelling on it. A huge improvement on house hold chores. Not triple checking my pants pocket for the front door keys before leaving the house. I've also noticed an improvement in my ability to "compartment-mentalize things I used to worry about.I've tried a number of different products and this is the only one that has (for me) noticeable results.

I buy this for my grandma who's 84 at the moment, and has been having some trouble with memory. This would be her 7th or so bottle, and just a few days ago, she told me she has noticed improvement on her memory. This company labels this product correctly. Many will have 100 mg of ps but do not state that it is a "complex", and then what the percentage of actual ps is, 20% or what have you. So I trust this brand. PS supplements on Amazon lie lie lie, and deceive, by stating 100, mg's of ps or however many mg's, when it's not pure ps, instead it's ps "complex", with the percentage of actual ps, being only a fraction of that, 1% - 50%. Beware!! Many labels on Amazon claim 100 mg of ps, but actually only contain 20% or 10% actual ps.

I like this product and can tell that it helps keep me sharper when I use it on a daily basis. Simple to use, no side effects and effective. I will continue to purchase and use in the future.

Beware. Increased my paralysis from my stroke. This has made it worse! 2 weeks later and I'm still struggling to get back to where I had been.
