I am happy with these, just picked up this hobby, and I’m super happy with these. Easy to use and nice little storage tubes. There is enough size difference to eyeball it, but they can be mixed up with the smaller sizes. Overall great, and they don’t bend easily at all

Perfect for pinning my first butterflies!

I think I will be starting my new career with these pins. They are individually packed in a really strong vile with fliptop closure which will not open, during handling or transport. It has markings on the side up to 4ml. Love this kit with 1-5 sizes variety. The pins are so fine and can bent, but they spring right back. They are not flimsy at all. I have been collecting bugs my whole life but ended disgarding them because I had no way of starting a collection or the know how. With these pins I am sure I will be able to start doing that the proper way.

My only issue is the smaller, finer needles will have trouble going through archive paper. I’ve had a couple bend and almost snap from it, and so I make holes before hand to avoid that. In the tubes, some needles are facing up and some down, so reaching in would be a bad idea. But aside from that they work well, especially the larger ones. There are a lot, so I didn’t count to verify amount, but I received all the sizes advertised.

If your child has to do an insect collection for school you need these pins. There are easily enough to split with another kid or two. The multiple sizes were key to using for different sized bugs (gross but true!). We had enough left over that I am saving for my daughter that will have to do the same project in a few years.

Quality is good. Sturdy and holds tight.
