Product is good but the Seal was broken, it gave sus vibe, idk why do they do it???

It is definitely oil based and I found that out because it worked great to dilute my highly viscous Nivea. Moisture level is good. Can work great for dry skin but reapplication is required every 4 hours or so. Consistency is lightweight. A little light for winters though (for my dry skin). Does not flared up eczema.
