This oil is much better to cook with versus Vegetable, Canola, & Peanut oils. This oil also does not cause inflammation responses just like the oils previously mentioned.

Beatiful body moisturizer, priced right
I leave the entire container in my shower to use as a body moisturizer and it works great. Skin absorbs the oil without leaving an oily residue. It does have a natural not unpleasant scent that dies not linger on skin. Will buy again.
