Q: Has anyone noticed if after putting them through the dishwasher water coming out of the handle?

Yes! I had that happen to me in fact one of them had the glue inside melt to where the handle fell off and I couldn’t get it back on.

Q: Any idea where these are made?

No idea. They are smooth handling and excellent buy!
