We live in the uk we bought through Amazon uk why has it got an American plug which is no use to anything here absolutely disgusting there is no mention in the description about a power source broken at bottom and does not charge my iPhone 16 and only the skip a song button works so would not recommend this a waste of money

DANGEROUS AND UNSAFE
Came with USA power Adaptor, so had to buy a USA-UK travel adaptor. Tried wireless charging and got phone overheating warning. Almost lost I Phone. Would give no star, but won’t allow. Now in the bin. Doing return and refund would be fruitless - cheaper just cutting my loses. Will look at a recognised Apple Device. Don’t even consider this product.
