It's a good product.

It's a powder
Tried in a brisket just before T-giving & it was moist when done smoking, not dried out. To me it didn't have a taste but then I make my own rub. Thought the price was high, but easy to use just mix with water. Also bought the phosphates only container but haven't used yet.

Sooo good!!
I used this as a marinade for brisket that I smoked for Thanksgiving. I mixed it according to directions and injected it into the brisket a day before I smoked it. Even though this was my first time making brisket, my guests all commented that it was the best they'd ever had, and I know that the majority of that was the flavor from this marinade! It was fantastic, and I'm sure it helped the brisket be even more tender. Worth every penny... Can't wait to smoke another one!

Beautiful turkey!
We used this with our Thanksgiving turkey, and I was concerned that the turkey would be salty. It wasn't! The turkey smoked beautifully, and the meat was moist--one of the best turkeys we've ever had. Even upon reheating, the meat was still nice and tender. Nothing dry here!
