Doesn't work for touch screen game, like mmorpg

I bought this to play on genshin impact. It does not work with touch screen games. I assume you would be able to since you can play this game on ps4 and pc. And I can use my controller on pc. I tried it with another touch screen game nexomon. Does not work. But I will keep it since it still pretty cool for my note 20 ultra. Guess I'll be using it to play pokemon emulator only.

Bricked with latest Android update. Worthless!!

Was working fine and then android did a update this week that rendered this thing 100% incompatible with my Samsung Note Ultra 20. This is a really expensive piece of night table clutter... so sadly...I'll be returning it. Very enjoyable when it worked.

Works ok except.

Works pretty good but one thing. The down button doesn't work no matter what game it was doesn't want to work and then I got a replacement one and it died the same thing.
