Gelante Solid Color 100% Cotton Bucket Hat for Women and Men Packable Travel Summer Beach Hat

Most bucket hats are too small for me, and have too narrow a brim to be of much protection from sun. These Gelante hats, in L/XL, are different. The hat fits me well, and it has a wider brim than others I've bought. When new, the hat was just a bit too big. Not a problem. I washed and dried the hat, and the fit is now perfect. FYI, my head measures 23". Nice cotton material is not too heavy, not too light, and it sure seems well made. Great price. Huge selection of colors. Highly recommended (in L/XL) for larger skulls like mine.

It have a large head (22 1/2 inches), so it can be difficult to find a cute hat that also fits. This bucket hat fits comfortably and is a pretty shade of turquoise.It only provides a medium amount of sun protection, but I wear it places where a wide brimmed sun hat wouldn't work very well. It definitely protects my ears and neck more that a ball cap, which is what I might wear instead.It has lasted well in the year I've owned it. I guess it's time to treat myself to another one in a different color!

I bought this to bleach & color for my grandsons Christmas present. It worked great & he wore it to school first day after their break. He loves it. He said it fit great. He's 15.

This is a really nice hat! I thought I needed a bigger size so I had first ordered the large size. That was way too big for me so I am donating that to Goodwill. I ordered another hat (this one) in small size. This one fits perfectly, feels great, and will be great for my uses. I have to mention something to be careful of. I don't know how I did it but when I was taking the hat out of the plastic bag it was in I used scissors to cut the plastic. When I opened the hat I realized I had cut a little circle out of the top center of the hat. Totally my fault, of course. I have ordered another one. These seem like exceptionally nice hats but you need to be very careful getting it out of its plastic wrapping.

It did not fit as expected it was to loose But if I had sized down it would have been to small But I really got so many compliments it was unbelievable But I plan to try it again with a different hairstyle and see if that makes a difference in the sizing They are cute especially for the price

I love these hats! The description and pictures are spot on. I would say the fit is average. I do have a small head so thats why I would say the overall fit is normal. The hats brim is not too small or not to large so it really helps with blocking the sun. The cotton material also makes it very breathable.

I bought the size small for my 9 year old daughter. It fits a bit big on her but she's still able to wear it. Keep in mind it fits a bit big when deciding on the size you need. The colours were as bright as the picture. I was really happy with the quality of the hat and my daughter loved it!I personally have a hard time finding a hat that isn't too tight on my own head. This small/medium was tight on my head but only enough I knew the large/xl would fit me. I have now ordered 2 for myself. The item took a few weeks to arrive but it still showed up even earlier than they initially said it would. Looking forward to having a hat for myself too.
