Excellent quality and intuitive set up. This works great for both our MacBook Air and my Lenovo Think Pad for work. From what I can tell, there is no latency or glitches. For the price, I definitely recommend this docking station! It is a great value.

Easy to set up and use and SUPERB customer service, even years after purchase I can easily email them with questions and concerns as I add new devices to the dock and they have been extremely helpful and every single time have walked me through connecting and any concerns. Great company for sure and excellent product

I have about 8 different adapters and hubs I've bought for my HP Spectre 360, which, when I bought it in 2019, was a trendsetter for having very few connection points (one USB 2.0 and 2 USB-Cs - come on!!!!). I need three large monitors to do my job effectively, and it's been really hard to find an adapter that a) allows 3 display connections, and b) works well. My latest one - a cheap Amazon purchase - didn't have a tight connection with my computer's USB-C input, and the USB 2.0 connections just stopped working after 6 months. When I went to purchase two new cheap adapters, both of the Display Port connections didn't work for my third monitor.So, I decided to bite the bullet and pay more for a legit hub - especially a hub that allows 3 HDMI connections, versus only 2 HDMIs and a Display Port connection. I'm happy to say that this Plugable hub worked right out of the box. (Okay, to be fair, I didn't follow the instructions and download the drivers BEFORE connecting the monitors, and the third monitor didn't work right away - but once I actually downloaded the driver, it connected seamlessly.)While I got this for the 3 HDMI connections, I also love that there are 4 USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.0 connections. Between my microphone, speakers, mouse, keyboard, and camera, I have a lot of USBs to plug in, and this accommodates all of them, AND it charges my computer at the same time, so now I have 1 USB-C and 1 USB 2.0 open on my laptop.I'm impressed so far! I hope the quality continues throughout months and years of use.

Does not actually work with M1 Macbook Pro. I tried re-installing everything twice and it refuses to work with two monitors connected. Extremely disappointing since I wouldn't have spent so much if I knew it couldn't handle two displays.

I had a little issue with the dock that I purchased and reached out to customer service and got Pat. Pat was very helpful in helping me work through the issues. We were not able to tie it down to a specific issue so Pat replaced my original dock quickly and efficiently. You don't see this level of customer service much anymore.

First if you're just trying to get 2 monitors with your M1 macbook air, this is the one. Displaylink is working and it seems to handle a 1440p and 1080P just fine. check other reviews for different resolutions as this i what I use for work and have no need for 4k/5k monitors.If you have an older laptop with thunderbolt 3 its hit or miss. A 5 year old Z book was able to get the first monitor but not the 2nd. running a USB-c from the 2nd monitor to the 2nd port of the zbook directly worked just fine so I'm not sure what specific incompatibility it was, but it wasn't that the laptop couldn't handle it. Probably has something to do with displaylink.Power delivery is not 100w. to the laptop its 60w. IF they add the power to various usb ports to the running total, its till not 100W as the adapter is 20v*4.5A for a total of 90W

I like that it was clear reading about this product that there's ability for charging my laptop via pass through, thus not having the need to use my original MacBook Pro charger, that is supported up to three different monitors at 1920 resolution, and supporting the M1 ship technology. All of this information was up front, not hidden, and I got this within the same day after ordering it. I thought the price was comfortable, the product feels a little bit light but solid. For some reason I think heavy things make me happier, but I am super stoked about this product. I'm rocking three monitors after installing a driver.It did take a moment to find out where the driver lived on the website, but you know just all you have to do is read and you'll see where the driver is located.But I'm running this review because I'm so happy.
