Very Disappointed – Poor Quality and Misleading ClaimsI bought this watch on 25th December 2024, and within 6 months, the light stopped working and the digital time started showing mismatch, even after setting it correctly. I had to ship it to their service center in Gujarat, and the whole process took over 2 weeks.After getting it back, I wore it during a trip to our farmhouse, trusting the claimed waterproof feature. But water still got inside, even though I was nowhere near 30 meters deep.When I contacted customer care, I clearly mentioned that it's advertised as waterproof up to 30m, yet water still entered. Their typical response was, "It's not waterproof, it's water-resistant." That’s completely misleading.Honestly, this watch has been a waste of money – poor build quality, bad service, and false advertising. Don’t trust their waterproof claims.
