It is great to have an intercom so we don't have to yell across the house to our kids. The phones easily charged on the docking station and were easy to use. Definitely worth the cost.

These were great until one goes outLasted one and a half years

We have one in the master bedroom and 1 in each of our kids' rooms. It's great peace of mind, especially when living in Earthquake country. Let's us check in from across the house and helps them know we're right there

Battery life horrible

With gamers in the house, and a busy schedule, this has saved a lot of yelling in our house and helped to keep the peace. Easy to use. Set up is a breeze. There is a built-in belt clip, this model has an approximate 1 mile radius making it easy for me to get help out in the garden without stopping what I am doing. This would be great in a large office, or to use in a home office. The battery life lasts all day, and the sound quality is great as long as you are at least not in the same room. It looks and feels like a phone and doesn't take up much space at all. With several medical issues, this has given me and my family peace of mind and some independence and a bit more privacy. You cannot monitor someone else with this, just communicate.

Enjoying not yelling to my daughter from other parts of the house to ask questions. As I work from home I canquickly contact her in the morning to check if she is up and getting ready for school. Yes we have mobile phones but it's easier to use the intercoms for quick chats. The range is good and they are light weight-I clip one on my pants when I go outside to water. We are enjoying using them and I suggest friends purchase them for their homes.

When we first received the three unit intercom everything looked good and it was well packaged. We took them out and thoroughly read the instructions. It seemed like the instructions just had to be followed verbatim. But in practice while following the instructions, nothing was working out. We could only get two of the three units to turn on after charging. The third unit turned on and after a few moments turned off, we repeatedly charged it and found it to do the same thing every time. I was prepared to use the unit with just the master and one slave unit. And I was prepared to just discount the unusable unit, and live with the two that had charged. We returned to the instructions and try to get the two units to function at all. Nothing worked. After trying for many days we return the entire set, we had spent days trying to get them to work.

These intercoms work great and are very easy to set up. One quit working at nine months. The owner's manual gives an email address for support, but my email was returned undeliverable. However, i did find them on Facebook. They responded very quickly to my FB message and sent out a replacement intercom right away.
