Excellent design. A two layer fabric.
The inner layer wicks moisture during periods of high physical activity while keeping one warm. The outer layer prevents damage to the inner layer from damage by abrasion or something as simple and common as Velcro on cold weather gear. The item works very well for me.

Warm when you need it to be. Lightweight and breathable.

Soft and breathable but not durable
The product seemed great at first - very soft and comfortable compared to similar products but unfortunately it seems you’re trading comfort for lack of durability. I wore it twice skiing. The first time a couple threads began to run and by the second time a few more completely sliced through the whole shirt, ruining it. It’s possible this piece is good for mild activity on its own but I cannot recommend it as a mid-layer or with any activity like hiking where it could snag because it will.
