Used item with scratches and water stains and I won't recommend

When i opened the box , its looks like its used before i am not sure. There are some scratches on the plate

I bought one for myself initially and a friend saw it, used it and loved it and then I bought for him and then another one and then another one like that... The plate is good and stays clean. The auto shutoff function works perfectly. The stem is also good.Just be careful not to drop it :-D because I dropped it a few times from the iron board and it stopped working (but its my fault).

Received package already opened, it has a problem with steaming function, Iron dripping water a lot instead of steaming, the iron not been fixed obviously and send to me without notification it's been used before, unfortunately I sent home so cost of returning is expensive

Works Perfectly Fine and i like it.
