This cover so far has proven to be great. After building my Primo Kamado grill table I needed an oversized grill cover to fit the 72"x32"x48" design with grill in place. I wanted total protection and the folks over at Villa Olympic, Inc. felt my pain. The cover is made by a company called Montana, so I guess I should give them the credit as well. This cover fits design perfectly. And since I've received it here in my area of Georgia we have had rain, sleet, and a small bit of snow and the cover held up great. Now we're entering spring and summer and I will do my best to update my finding in the extreme temps we get here.

It works, but not a good fit for my particular grill which has a 48" hood. None of their covers are tailored for bigger than a 36" hood which in my case causes the plastic vents they boast about to be on TOP of my grill hood and not on the sides shedding water. I don't know why they make one with such a big overall width and not one for a 48" hood. This probably won't affect you as my grill is rare, but check the dimensions so you know where the seams are going to fall. It is waterproof, as evident in my one picture where water pools 2" deep as the material sags behind my hood handle. I'll have to make something to fill this so the water sheds. I'm keeping it until I can find something that fits better but not thrilled with it.

I have an Innerflow grill cover for my old grill and it is made out of a VERY HEAVY almost rubber material. It has been out in the sun and rain for 5 years now and shows no signs of wear. I ordered this new 80" Innerflow cover for my new larger grill. It is not of the same heavy material. It is made of a heavy vinyl material like most other quality, brand name, grill covers. A micrometer shows it to be only about .1mm thinner than the old one, but it is a much softer material. Softer may be better but it doesn't feel as tough. It does have the same rubber vent/handles that vent the cover without letting rain in and the nice velcro straps on the ends to snug it down a little. I'm glad I got it and I hope it last as long as my old one.3 year update 9/2014: Still holding up OK after 3 years in partial shade from the South Texas sun. The metal rings which make it easy to lift and hang up only lasted about 6 months. the nylon straps that held the metal rings failed where they were sewn as if the sewing machine cut the material. Hopefully they've fixed the problem. It can still be lifted by the vents. The material has started to dry a little around the bottom edge and it has started to curl up on itself but it has not cracked or split.

Good quality. Keeps our 5 burner Vermont Castings Grill clean & dry. We had one for years & just bought as a replacement- we caught a seam on the side & there is a little tear- our fault! Other than that, we would still be using our old one!! I like the rings on top so I can hang up when not in use.

This cover has lasted nearly two years without signs of wearing out. Gets a good 8 hours of direct sun daily without fading. Still pliable on the coldest Ohio winter days. Recommended to friends!

This is even heavier-duty than the original Jenn Air cover we had. I never tie the bottom down because it just makes a toastier habitat for the critters. Will update in the spring to see how it survives the MN winter. My biggest complaint is that it IS heavy...but at least now the wind can't blow it off the deck rail when I forget to put the cover back on.

Super thick material. Well built. Has vents to let out the heat so that you don't create moisture on the inside which can rust your grill. Even has hooks to hang it up when not in use. This is way better than the one that came with my grill. And best of all they make it in a huge size so as to fit my grill. You might pay a bit more but it is well worth it!

This product is made of very heavy , high quality materials and is extremely well made. It literally glides on and off very easily and the handles and hanging hooks are very convenient. The air flow valves means there is no moisture condensation on the grill. I am very pleased and highly recommend this product. Do follow their measuring technique and add on the extra few inches they recommend: don't worry, it will not look baggy because the heavy material drapes nicely and makes removal and covering a snap!

Great cover, fits our extra large BBQ and goes all the way to the ground. Very strong material and hopefully it will weather Ontario winters well. Recommended highly

The material feels like vinyl and not as thick and heavy as I expected for that price. It is easily blown off the BBQ on gusty days and there is no straps on the bottom of the cover. I have to use a rope tied around the BBQ to secure it. It kept my BBQ dry and I don't think it will last a year or two over the winter.

Had a hard time finding a cover large enough for our bbq. This is great. Good construction and the air vents and hooks are great.Would recommend this product.
