Can I use the folding board alone without clothes shelves?

Yes for sure. Once clothes are folded they stack neatly.

Is this useful for folding children's clothes?

I have an adult size board. Id say beneficial for size lg kid and up

Is the closet organizer of good quality?

The plastic is thick and the magnet pull strenghth are very strong. I didn't use a fixing bracket, the magnets can completely fix them without moving.

Are the instructions easily visible? We have v2 and the instructions on the plastic are almost impossible to read.

Ok this is not rocket science … lay the shirt .. whatever down .. then flip to the left then to the right .. then lift up from the bottom. Perfect fold. I love this product . Was introduced by my son … smart boy !
