Q: I have been using this lotion for about 1 year. This last bottle I bought the lotion is extremely liquid. Has the formula changed?

Mine is very thick, just as it has always been. I’ve been using this lotion for over 8 years, so yours may have been exposed to heat or something in transit. That will definitely break down lotion. I would contact the seller.
