My own nails shred when playing steel string guitar, are these strong enough and do they come with glue?

They don't come with glue and they are not strong enough regardless of how much glue you add.

What are the dimensions for the oval nails?

The dimensions are in the pictures but the nails do run in between sizes. In other words, some are too big and you need to file down the width to make them fit or too small and you need to use 1 size for like 3 nails of just one hand. Therefore limiting the number of sets you'll get out of it. I ordered these as short and they are not, they are definitely mediums. But the thickness does feel like they would last. Not much of an arc either for the length. I returned them even though the price was good. I wasn't going to use them and seemed like a shame to just keep them there.
