Heaven in a cookie!! But beware of the 17.6oz package!
Who would not like these shortbread cookies?? They are heaven! I was looking for some sort of treat after being stuck at home during the Coronavirus shelter in place. I found these on Amazon and thought it was a great price for the amount of cookies you get. The first bite... so buttery and delicious. Not too sweet just right! I ended up sending a box to my sister for her birthday. She was also in heaven when they arrived. Beware... they are extremely habit-forming.UPDATE: I ordered the 17.6oz box and was very disappointed. The picture shows it contains several shapes... shortbread fingers, round cookies and the wedge shaped cookies. But there are no individual wedge cookies. It is just a very large round cookie that you have to break into wedges which is impossible... you just get broken pieces of cookie. Still tastes delicious, but don't buy this size if you want to serve them.

Walker's Shortbread cookies
Excellent, most like homemade Scottish Shortbread. I use powdered sugar in my recipe and of course real butter, dash of salt and unbleached flour. THese are amazingly like mine in flavor and texture. WOW, big box this is, and goes a LONG way, staying fresh in a ziplock or freezer. Some were broken, so i gave a four star on that. Easy to bust, but not all, just a few.

Broken Walker’s Shortbread Cookies
Many of the cookies in top layer were broken. Haven’t checked the bottom layer. Haven’t tasted the cookies. One star is for broken cookies.

Nice
They did come broken (not all but enough); however, as they weren't broken to the point of being dust, I am still happy with them. Honestly, a broken shortbread still tastes yummy.
