This is the perfect postpartum kit. When I had my first child I didn't realize the hospital will give you aftercare products but they aren't as effective or user friendly. The lansinoh peri bottle was especially life saving. The hospital version you have to hold the bottle right side up and reach around awkwardly to be able to use it. This one is easy to refill, with a retractable nozzle and little carry bag. My nurse even loved it and was asking where I got it. The reusable ice packs stay cold, they definitely helped with my pain after my c section

Absolutely loved this kit for the price point/what it comes with! The reusable ice packs were amazing and might i note very cost effective compared to other brands. I absolutely loved the peri bottle (compared to the one that I got from the hospital) because of the shape of the nozzle. When you're hea;ing down there, the LAST thing that you want to do is to have to bend forward to try to "get in there".

I personally like this better than frita mom it’s good quality and not excessively priced

The spray helped way more than what the hospital gave! The peri bottle and ice packs were helpful as well.

Best thing for recovery after having My Daughter.

I used all of the things in this kit after having my baby. I especially liked the spray bottle. I saved it "just in case", and what do you know, I am pregnant again. I still have a few months left, but I already got out the spray bottle and put it in my postpartum care basket. I do need to restock on the other items, so I may try to buy them individually.
