How many clothes items will this hold roughly?

Thank you for your inquiry. The amount of outfits that can fit inside the armoire can vary depending on the size and style of the outfits that you are choosing to store inside so it is hard to give you an exact number. What I can provide are the interior measurements of the storage space: 18 1/4" tall by 14 1/2" wide by 7 1/2" deep. We have had no problem fitting 7-8 clothing items and 7-8 pairs of shoes. From what type of material is it made? pressed wood? plastic? wood? can it be repainted?

Definitely not plastic. The back is a pressed wood material. I suppose if you are talented at stripping and repainting it would be possible.

how big is the wooden rod that holds the hangers?

How can I get a copy of the instructions? Ours didn’t come with any.

Mine did come with instructions so I have no idea other than to email the company that provided it. It is pretty easy, and you should be able to assemble without instructions. My only hint is remember to put in the closet rods before finishing the sides since you will have to take it apart again to get it in if you don't.

My granddaughter loves this!

I bought this armoire for my five-year-old granddaughter who loves to dress her 18 in dolls. She loves the armoire. In it she hands and stores some of her dolls' clothes and shoes. She uses it when she plays with her dolls. The armoire is cute, well made, and was rather easy to assemble.

Large, lovely wardrobe for Our Generation clothes

I am delighted with this cute pink wardrobe that looks to be able to hold a good many outfits for my granddaughter's Our Generation doll. It was easy to assemble and seems very sturdy. The price was reasonable and such a sweet pink! Just 4 months until her birthday...hope I can wait!

Aesthetically Pretty and Functional

It is adorable. Perfect for AG outfits. I bought extra hangers and filled it with about 20 outfits. Huge hit with my little niece.Did not come with instructions(seems to be an ongoing issue with seller). Despite no instructions, I did figure it out, and assemble.Also, incredibly fragile...can chip easily during assembly. In spite of issues, I would buy again.Suggestion to seller....instead of offering to send instructions ( after not including in box), why not add as an additional page on site,or add a hyperlink? Very simple solution to the problem.

Perfect for 18" Dolls

This doll armoire is very cute, very nicely made and works beautifully for American girl dolls. I purchased extra hangers for it. It easily holds 15 dresses and it will fit the hangers that come with American Girl clothing. It was easy to put together and took me about 35 minutes. We keep all smaller accessories in a plastic bin with a snap lid since there really isn't room in the closet.

Perfect for organizing AG doll clothes & accessories!

I purchased this for my 7 year old daughter - she has a lot of AG doll outfits and accessories and we wanted to organize them. She absolutely loves this closet! For the price, the quality is very good. It doesn’t wobble, the door hinges line up, and it comes with ( included in price) 5 hangers! This is important because not all hangers fit. I am planning to order more from Emily Rose.I want to note, I’ve ordered clothes for her AG doll from this company and they are really nice - a great value and very cute.
