Confusing description. They did not make it clear that it's 600mg of citrate and not actual magnesium per serving.there is only 70mg of actual magnesium per serving (2 gummies) which is not nearly enough for an adultto meet recommended daily dose you have to eat a handful of these and it's too much sugarwill not recommend, look for a higher dose once

The product arrived the bottle and label is completely different to the add. I tried the gummies they are very gritty and not great to chew not a great taste. I will be buying more magnesium citrate but not this brand
