Perfect

I had brain surgery and needed soft ice packs for my scalp where the surgical site was, a lot of swelling and pain. These were perfect I was able to put on a thick headband and slide this under, they worked perfectly

Very helpful

OK but not good for knees

These are made well but aren’t good for knees which is what I bought them for. They don’t bend even when they soften up a little.
