Great BCAAs for hydration and recovery. I love the ingredients and makes me feel more hydrated. Cherry limeade has been a great flavor!

I really notice a difference in my workouts when I take these before and during. I have a lot more energy and don't get as hungry afterwards. I would suggest mixing with more water than recommended for a nice light flavor, otherwise if you only mix with 12 oz, the taste is kind of funny. I like to mix 1 heaping scoop in with 32 oz water.I've been taking for over a year now. I hardly ever get sore even in my most gruel workouts because of this stuff. Go buy it now!

This is hands-down, the worst bcaa In terms of taste that I have ever purchased. The first time I had it, I wasn’t paying attention and only did one scoop The flavor was light, which I didn’t, but aftertaste is the same aftertaste you get from throwing up. When I started mixing correctly using two scoops, I tried to drink it as fast as I could to get it over with, but it made me gag repeatedly. I was trying to go for a more natural option, but I will end up throwing this bag out. It was absolutely disgusting.

Great product. Last batch I received had a defective bag however. Had to cut the bag open with scissors, which ruined the zip lock mechanism on the bag.

Bought this product thinking it was one of the more cost effective options on the market, as all of the product images indicated it was 40 servings per bag. When I actually received the product, it was 30 servings, and after scouring the page again I found a description stating it was 30 servings wayyy down the product page. That feels like at best, it’s a big oversight and they’re using old images; at worst, they’re straight up trying to deceive the customer knowing most people purchase based on the item’s title and images at the top of the product page. Unfortunately I couldn’t return it so I’m stuck with it.As for the product itself, I try to purchase workout supplements with no artificial sweeteners or dyes. I’ve tried plenty of “natural” BCAAs and the taste of this is okay but it’s nothing to write home about. It’s honestly very minimal to me, which could be good if you’re looking for a VERY subtle flavor from your BCAAs. I haven’t noticed a significant reduction in DOMS yet but it doesn’t seem to be hurting either. Also the bag is weird and when I tried to open it, the whole thing ripped clean open and I can’t reseal it. I’ll finish the bag but won’t be repurchasing. ☹️
